Three days in the blue at Daedalus — where every descent holds the promise of hammerheads, mantas, and sudden pelagic encounters. Long, unhurried dives let you settle into the rhythm of the reef, refining skills and fully immersing in open-ocean diving. Then Elphinstone shifts the energy — fast drifts, sheer walls, and one final surge of adrenaline. A focused big-fish experience built on time, depth, and the raw pull of the blue.

Daedalus Reef — Hammerhead Schools at Dawn — Daedalus Reef in October is the Red Sea at its most iconic. At first light, the northern wall comes alive — schools of scalloped hammerheads materialise from the blue, moving in slow, deliberate formation just off the reef.
Elphinstone Reef — Drift Dives & Deep Blue — Elphinstone Reef is a finger-shaped reef with dramatic vertical walls, sheer drop-offs, and vibrant soft corals. The south plateau at 25–35m is one of the world's most reliable locations for oceanic whitetip encounters — they approach with unhurried confidence, pilot fish in tow.

Daedalus Reef

10–40m

Oktober anses allmänt vara högsäsongen för möten med hammarhaj på Daedalus. Förutsägbara stim av "scalloped hammerhead" samlas i det öppna blå utanför den norra väggen. Mantor dras till det varma vattnet och glider ofta längs de södra väggarna. Säsongens första oceaniska vitfenade hajar börjar anlända. Anemone City – en massiv koloni av anemoner och clownfiskar – klamrar sig fast vid den västra dropp-offen. Den avlägsna fyren erbjuder 360-graders utsikt över det öppna Röda havet. Sikten är legendarisk.

Elphinstone Reef

5–40m+

Elphinstone Reef är en av Röda havets mest dramatiska dykplatser, med branta stup, starka strömmar och ett överflöd av pelagiskt liv. Revet är prytt med livfulla hårda och mjuka koraller, gorgonfjädrar och färgglada överhäng. Den södra platån på 25–35 meters djup är en av världens mest pålitliga platser för möten med oceaniska vitfenade hajar – de närmar sig med lugnt självförtroende, med pilotfiskar i släptåg. Stim av kirurgfiskar, trevallier och barracudor patrullerar väggarna. Revhajar, örnrockor och sköldpaddor är regelbundna besökare. Varje dyk är ett strömdyk format av kraftiga strömmar.

Dykplatser beror på väder, strömmar och förhållanden. Vår besättning optimerar i realtid för bästa dykning.

Airport transfers included. Board M/Y Celesta in Port Ghalib, settle into your cabin. Afternoon snacks, welcome dinner, dive equipment setup, safety briefing and boat orientation. First evening with your new dive buddies.

Morning check dive and safety briefing. Two dives today — ease into the rhythm of liveaboard life with beautiful reef dives. Vibrant corals, curious marine life. Minimum 2-hour surface intervals between dives. Three full meals plus snacks and drinks around the clock.

Now we set out on a four-day expedition focusing on Daedalus and Elphinstone. The trip combines thrilling open-ocean adventure with the serenity of remote offshore reefs, each famous for dramatic walls, vibrant corals, and incredible pelagic encounters. Days are likely spent diving among hammerheads, mantas, and oceanic whitetips, while evenings bring calm seas, golden sunsets, and quiet nights under a canopy of stars. It’s an unforgettable journey that blends technical skill, big-fish encounters, and the freedom of life at sea.

Early morning dive close to shore, before breakfast — one last underwater adventure. Second dive depending on conditions and flight schedules. Logbooks signed, photos shared. Farewell dinner celebration with the crew.

Breakfast onboard. Checkout and disembarkation. Airport transfers included for your journey home. You leave with a full logbook, new dive buddies, and saltwater in your soul.

M/Y Celesta carries oxygen kits, a first-aid station, EPIRBs, SOLAS life rafts, fire suppression systems, and satellite communication. Dual main engines for redundancy. Two speedboats with dual engines provide zodiac cover on every dive. Professional crew of 12 with current maritime certifications. Dive insurance is mandatory for all guests.

Yes. We offer PADI/SDI/TDI specialties including Advanced Open Water, Enriched Air Nitrox, Wreck Diver, and Deep Diver. Courses are integrated into the dive schedule so you learn on real sites, not in a pool. Course fees are additional to the trip price. Let us know in advance so we can prepare materials.

Airport transfers, 7 nights full-board, all meals and non-alcoholic beverages, up to 4 guided dives per day, professional dive guides, 12L aluminium cylinder, weights and belt, Nitrox, and Wi-Fi near land. Not included: flights, visa, environmental taxes, equipment rental, alcohol, gratuities, insurance, and dive courses. See each expedition for specific inclusions.

Fly into Hurghada International Airport (HRG). We arrange transfers from the airport to the marina — about 20 minutes. Boarding opens at 13:00 on Day 1. On the final day, we return to the marina in the morning with transfers to the airport. Full logistics and meeting points are sent before departure.

Bring your own mask, dive computer, SMB, and exposure suit (3mm or 5mm depending on the season). Rental BCDs and regulators are available but we recommend bringing your own. Topside: sun protection, light layers for the evenings, and a good book for surface intervals.
