Dive into the open blue on Legends of the Deep, where Daedalus greets you with hammerheads and mantas, Rocky and Zabargad reveal dramatic drop-offs and vibrant coral, and Elphinstone delivers thrilling drift dives along sheer walls. Days are filled with epic pelagic encounters, nights under endless stars, and the unmatched freedom of life at sea — every dive a chance to connect with the Red Sea’s most iconic marine life.
- Daedalus Reef — Hammerhead Schools at Dawn — Daedalus Reef in late October delivers peak hammerhead encounters. Predictable schools of scalloped hammerheads gather in the open blue off the northern wall at dawn.
- Rocky & Zabargad — Rocky and Zabargad are Red Sea classics for a reason — dramatic drop-offs, vibrant coral gardens, and walls alive with schooling fish. Currents sweep across the reefs, attracting grey reef sharks, jacks, and fusiliers, while the remote location offers solitude and uninterrupted views of the deep blue.
- Elphinstone Reef — Drift Dives & Deep Blue — Elphinstone Reef is a finger-shaped reef with dramatic vertical walls, sheer drop-offs, and vibrant soft corals. The south plateau at 25–35m is one of the world's most reliable locations for oceanic whitetip encounters — they approach with unhurried confidence, pilot fish in tow.
- Courses Onboard — Advance Your Diving — This expedition is ideal for continuing education at the most spectacular sites. Our instructors offer PADI Advanced Open Water, Enriched Air Nitrox, Deep Diver, and other specialty courses during the trip.

Daedalus Reef
October is widely considered the peak month for hammerhead encounters at Daedalus. Predictable schools of scalloped hammerheads gather in the open blue off the northern wall. Manta rays are drawn to the warm waters, frequently gliding along the southern walls. The first oceanic whitetips of the season begin to arrive. Anemone City — a massive colony of anemones and clownfish — clings to the western drop-off. The remote lighthouse offers 360-degree views of the open Red Sea. Visibility is legendary.
Rocky Island
Rocky Island is a Red Sea diving gem, famous for its dramatic drop-offs, strong currents, and vibrant coral walls. Schools of fusiliers, jacks, and reef fish swirl around the reefs while grey reef sharks patrol the deeper slopes. Remote and wild, Rocky also offers the rare thrill of spotting tiger sharks, making every dive a mix of adventure, pelagic encounters, and unforgettable moments in the deep blue.
Zabargad
Zabargad Island is a legendary Red Sea dive site, known for its steep walls, vibrant coral gardens, and abundant marine life. Schools of fusiliers, jacks, and reef fish dance through the currents while grey reef sharks patrol the drop-offs. Remote and dramatic, Zabargad also offers the rare chance to encounter tiger sharks, making every dive an exhilarating mix of adventure, pelagic encounters, and the deep blue’s unforgettable beauty.

Elphinstone Reef
Elphinstone Reef is one of the Red Sea's most dramatic dive sites, with sheer drop-offs, strong currents, and abundant pelagic life. The reef is adorned with vibrant hard and soft corals, gorgonian fans, and colourful overhangs. The south plateau at 25–35m is one of the world's most reliable locations for oceanic whitetip encounters — they approach with unhurried confidence, pilot fish in tow. Schools of fusiliers, trevallies, and barracudas patrol the walls. Reef sharks, eagle rays, and turtles are regular visitors. Every dive is a drift dive shaped by powerful currents.
Sites depend on weather, currents, and conditions. Our crew optimises in real-time for the best diving.
