Booking questions

Send us a message on WhatsApp or email with your preferred dates and any questions. We will confirm availability, walk you through cabin options, and send a booking form with a deposit invoice. No automated booking system — you deal with a real person from start to finish.

We ask for a deposit to secure your spot, with the balance due before departure. Exact amounts and timelines depend on the trip. We will spell everything out clearly before you commit — no surprises.

We understand plans change. Our cancellation terms allow for reasonable notice periods, and we will always try to help you find a replacement or transfer your booking to another date. Contact us for the full policy — we would rather work with you than penalise you.

Yes. We require all divers to carry valid dive insurance that covers hyperbaric treatment. If you do not have a policy, we can point you to providers. This is non-negotiable — it protects you and everyone on the boat.

It depends on the expedition. Some trips are open to Open Water divers with 30+ logged dives, while others require Advanced Open Water or technical certifications. Each expedition page lists exact requirements. If you are unsure, ask us — we will be honest about whether a trip suits your level.

Absolutely. We handle group bookings regularly — dive clubs, friend groups, training agencies. We can arrange shared invoicing, cabin allocation, and custom itineraries for groups. For full-boat exclusivity, see our charter page.

Bank transfer and major payment methods. We will confirm the details when you book. All prices are quoted in USD with no hidden fees — the price you see includes what is listed on the expedition page.

Our cancellation policy provides reasonable notice periods. If you need to cancel, we will work with you to find a replacement or transfer your booking to another date where possible.

Yes. Dive insurance is mandatory for all guests. We recommend DAN (Divers Alert Network, diversalertnetwork.org) or similar providers that cover liveaboard operations, hyperbaric treatment, and evacuation.

Hurghada International Airport (HRG) for trips departing from Hurghada. Marsa Alam International Airport (RMF) for trips departing from Port Ghalib. Airport transfers are included.

It depends on the trip. Our Northern Wrecks and Reefs itinerary welcomes Open Water divers. Offshore expeditions (Brothers, Daedalus, Elphinstone) require Advanced Open Water and 50+ dives. Check each expedition for requirements.

Yes. BCD, regulator, wetsuit, torch, and other equipment available for rental. We recommend bringing your own mask, computer, and SMB. Equipment rental is not included in the trip price.
