The Process

How It Works

Three steps from idea to expedition. We handle the complexity so you can focus on the diving.

1

Enquire

Tell us your preferred dates, group size, diving goals, and any special requirements. Reach out on WhatsApp or email — a real conversation, not a form. We will ask the right questions to understand exactly what you need.

2

Design

We create a bespoke itinerary tailored to your group. Routes, dive plans, gas logistics, catering preferences, onboard activities — everything designed around your brief. We refine until it is exactly right.

3

Sail

Board M/Y Celesta and dive. Your crew is briefed, your tanks are filled, and your itinerary is locked in. All you need to do is enjoy the Red Sea with your group — we handle everything else.

Charter FAQs

How much does it cost to charter Celesta?
Charter pricing is customised based on your itinerary, duration, group size, and specific requirements such as gas logistics or special catering. Contact us with your dates and goals and we will put together a detailed, transparent quote — no hidden fees.
What is the maximum group size?
Celesta accommodates up to 24 guests across 12 cabins. For a charter, the entire boat is exclusively yours — you can bring fewer guests for a more spacious experience or fill all 24 spots for best value per person.
Can we design our own itinerary?
Absolutely. That is the whole point of a charter. Tell us where you want to dive, what you want to see, and how long you want to be out — and we will design a bespoke itinerary around your goals. Our team knows the Red Sea inside out and can suggest routes you would never find in a standard brochure.
Is technical diving supported on charter trips?
Yes. Celesta offers full technical diving support including Nitrox, Trimix capability, and CCR-friendly operations. We can arrange dedicated tech diving programmes, gas logistics, and have an experienced professional technical diver aboard. Ideal for tech training agencies running courses or advanced dive groups.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for peak season (September through November) or specific date requirements. Popular periods fill quickly. Contact us early to secure your preferred dates — we are happy to hold dates while you finalise group details.
